Residence D \ B

The apartment was delivered as a shell, which allowed us to think from the very first line about a complete concept tailored to the residents' lifestyle and expectations. What began as an empty space grew into an interior centred on calm, elegance and architectural coherence.

Throughout the project, an interplay of natural materials is the common thread. Warm veneer is combined with exclusive natural stone, with textures, shades and proportions reinforcing one another.

Lowered ceilings, integrated indirect lighting and refined bespoke details create depth and a sense of shelter. By day a soft materiality prevails; in the evening the lighting plan creates a warm and exclusive atmosphere. High-end fittings strengthen the architecture and add accents where needed.

The result is a new-build apartment in which every element belongs to one coherent story. An interior that does not shout for attention, but stands out through refinement, craftsmanship and timeless elegance.
